Registered pharmacist passionate about helping pharmacies succeed through exceptional patient experience.

My debut in pharmacy was as a 16 year old junior assistant, which led to various roles as a community pharmacist in different settings across Tasmania, Victoria and Queensland before stepping into consulting.  For the last 14 years I have pursued my passion working with pharmacies to create environments that support the professional practice of pharmacy and enhance the patient experience – and am particularly excited to see what the next chapter of change brings to pharmacy with extended scope of practice. I have extensive experience in workflow design, dispensary operations, pharmacy systems implementation and training and have also presented at a number of industry and stakeholder events as well as participating as a casual sessional academic at Deakins health focused MBA in the technology and business process improvement unit for 2 years.

When not talking all things pharmacy – you will find me in the great the outdoors; camping, cycling and trekking, or baking up a storm in the kitchen!

I put my heart and soul into every project I touch. With a keen eye for colour, detail, great visual communication skills and ability to combine the client’s vision with my unique sense of style.

My passion for design started early with love for arts and architecture. My career in the design industry began after I graduated from University of Technology in Poland where I obtained a Master’s degree in Engineering in the field of Spatial Planning (Architecture). I have focused my career on pharmacy design for the last 9 years, specialised in improving workflow and space, understanding challenges and proposing innovative solutions for hundreds of pharmacies.

When not designing pharmacies – you can find me teaching in the dance studio or managing my activewear fashion label. What makes me happy? Blue sky on a sunny day, travelling, latin dancing, burgers, great company and good music.

Lisa BPharm

Motivated pharmacist striving to create pharmacies which enable pharmacy teams to engage with patients and enhance the health outcomes.

After graduating from the Victorian College of Pharmacy, I returned to my rural roots to work in the Western District of Victoria. I was quickly able build rapport and trust with the community and live out the reason I became a pharmacist – to improve the quality of life and health of my patients. I enjoyed my time in rural Victoria, but I wanted to explore this beautiful country we call home and I sought out work in various locations throughout Victoria (including Melbourne), WA and Queensland. From this experience I have gained valuable insights into the ways pharmacies can operate and effectively deliver professional and patient focused experiences.

Fast forward to today and I have settled down in South East QLD. Working in pharmacies specialising in the delivery of Dose Administration Aids, as well as continuing to establish myself as a valued health professional within the region.

When that rare glimpse of spare time shows itself, you can find me turning around, only to realise there are two young humans I am responsible for. But aside from spending time with my family on our farm, I love playing my harp, singing and enjoying all nature has to offer.
